1. Scope of Services
Programmers Planet provides custom software engineering, full-stack web application development, cloud infrastructure consulting, UI/UX design, and ongoing technical support under mutually agreed Statements of Work (SOW).
2. Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership
Upon full settlement of contracted project invoices, 100% of all custom deliverables, source code, design systems, and bespoke assets transfer irrevocably to the client.
3. Warranties & SLA
We warrant that our deliverable code conforms to specified engineering benchmarks and is free of known defects at delivery. Post-launch bug fixing is backed by our standard 30-day warranty and optional recurring SLA agreements.
4. Governing Law
